Watching out calorie intake and sweating out to maintain good physique is but another load for many and will spoil the relish of being carefree and I am not to be spared from the blame. As they say health is wealth and its verity is indisputable. While we guiltlessly indulged in unhealthy lifestyle and eating habits, little did we realized the impact of our being irresponsible and the long-term effects will be taking its toll in our well-being.
